At the invitation of the School of Business Administration of Gangwon University in Korea, Prof. Zhu Yulin, Associate Professor Tan Dan, Associate Professor Li Xiaomin, and Prof. Yin Shaohua and Prof. Chen Wenjun from School of Economics of Central South University of Forestry and Technology , between August 23 and August 27, 2016,went to Southern Korea and participated in the 14th International Academic Conference on Northeast Asia in 2016. The Northeast Asia Academic Conference is an international academic exchange platform jointly organized by Toyama University of Japan, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Toyama University of Japan and Gangwon University of Korea, which is held once a year. The theme of 14th Northeast Asia International Academic Conference is: "extension exchange, seek cooperation" 

　　During the meeting, Professor Zhu Yulin hosted the first session of the meeting on the morning of the 24th, and Prof. Li Xiaomin gave an academic report entitled "Analysis of Influential Factors on Medical Expenditure of Farmers in Impoverished Areas in China under the Impact of Serious Disease Risks". On a broad and lively basis. Professor Chen Wenjun hosted the second phase of the conference and commented on the report "Research on the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Korea" by Associate Professor Yin, Reproduced in Gangwon, Korea. On the afternoon of the 24th, Prof. Yin Shaohua gave a lecture entitled "Construction of Ecological Civilization in Hunan Province: Route Choice and Institutional Innovation". The report on the construction of ecological civilization in Hunan Province was warmly attended by delegates. Prof. Tan Dan commented on the report "Changes in anti-dumping measures of Japan, China and Japan and the anti-dumping policy of the Japanese government" by Prof. Hidetomo Oyaizu of Toyama University, Japan, and put forward objective and pertinent suggestions. On August 25th, to further strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation, the participants also held extensive and in-depth discussions on the future scientific research cooperation, exchange student policy and the next session, and reached a basic consensus. Prof. Zhu Yulin delivered a speech at the closing ceremony. On behalf of the organizers of the next Northeast Asian Academic Conference, Prof. Zhu invited the representatives from Japan and the ROK to participate in the 15th Northeast Asia Academic Forum. In addition, according to the arrangement of the meeting group, the members of the delegation also visited Gyeonggi-do Digital Park and Samsung Digital Park on August 26th. 

　　The academic exchange and inspection activities have strengthened the exchanges and cooperation between our teachers and international counterparts in such areas as finance, regional economic and trade, green economy, public policy, and ecological civilization construction, etc., as well as the cooperation between universities and research institutes in Northeast Asia.
